*You may break reps up as needed. Movements must be competed Rx'd. For example if you can not do muscle ups in Amanda you must do a heavy squat snatch.

so i dont know if you guys saw the video that Josh posted not too long ago involving that guy training in the woods? well that guy created this company called movnat (www.movnat.com) and its teaches his philosophy of nature movements and working out in nature.
Anyways, Nicole and I found a 1 day seminar happening in philly on april 30th.

Dan and Nicole, cool. i can't swing the april 30 event though...however, I really like outdoor stuff. Me and my kids are going to a outdoor survival weekend in a couple of weeks. in any case, Tanya and I talked about some Saturday park WODs for the summer that I'd like to pull together. I'd love to get your help in planning something by pulling in some of this stuff.
That is a dream come true, both the movnat seminar and the outdoor wods! I am down for both.
