Tabata Style
20 seconds of work
10 sec of rest
8 rounds of each exercise

Push press 45lb
Light wall ball (choose a weight and a height you can move consistently without dropping)
Box jumps 20"16"
Jumping pull ups (hands should be able to grip back from standing position along with elbows slightly bent)

* Today there will only be class at 10am and 6:30pm
