Late night sorry bout the late post, up playing on the computer. What are you doing up so late. The key to recovery is REST!

Thanks for the wod. Great workout. Substituted TTB for straight leg sit ups. Could hardly hold the bar. Forearms are shot today. Back is a little sore as well.
