7-21-11 "Dynamite"



15 minute time cap

5 rounds for time of:
250m row
15 wall balls 20/14 to 10'

immediately following the 5 rounds in the remaining time you must find your 1 rep max thruster.

If you fail to complete 1 successful thruster within the 15 minute time limit you will be asked to complete 25 unbroken thrusters. Men use 65lbs, Women use 45lbs

Two Freaking intimidating dudes, although get to know them they are gentle giants :)

Just did this in the garage with our new 25# wallballs. They will be making their way into the gym tonight for any risk takers who would like the challenge.
Finished the wod in 9:53 then finishing max thruster at 235lbs. MAN I LOVE SWEATING!. I think I am still sweating as I type this comment. See ya at the box tonight.

That had to be one of the hottest days I think I have ever experienced in my life. I literally was sweating standing in place.

Great job to everyone who tough'd up with the heat tonight. Gonna be another tough one tomorrow. Drink you fluids now. Stay hydrated.
