Missed you BDD. This workout was nice! It was so much fun. Cody just about took me out on his last spider web climb but once i figured how to use his wake i could just pull myself over. Sharon, you were made for climbing.

Saw this short clip and had to share. POSE method running and Carl Lewis. I thought it was interesting to see the form of someone with 9 Olympic gold medals, and how different it is from standard running technique. ~Eustice
