50 deadlifts 135/95
50 box jumps 20"
50 push ups
50 floor wipers 135/95
50 kb floor to oh 35/26
25 pull ups

Tried to do this one down here on vacation. I did 15 pull ups (could not Kip due to set up and some dude was waiting) 50 dl with 135, 500 meter row (concept 2 rower!), 50 push ups, 50 ground to overhead with 35 lb db, 25 pull ups. Ran 400 meters to and from the gym as well. I forgot to start the timer so I don't know my time. I got many strange looks while I was hammering through this workout. Not enough room to even try those floor wipers.
