7-25-12 "Wing Man"



Wod 1: 10min AMRAP

200m run

Wod 2 10 min AMRAP
KBS 35#
push ups
200m run

3 man teams P1&P2 are working for reps until P3 gets back from run then switch.
Everyone will complete both wods. There will be a 5 min break between workouts.
Scores will be total of all reps combined for every exercise and every teammate.
