Deadlift 135/95#
Straight Leg Situp (may use ab mat)
Clean and Jerk 135/95#
Turkish Getups 35/26# (start from laying postion, finish in laying position)
Rest

Scale:
Lighter weight on DL, Cln and Jerk and TGU
*DL and C&J must be same wt
