looks like f-u-n!!!
For me that would stretch my entire body including, but not limited to, ankle, calf, hamstring, quad, hi flexor, abs, delts, chest, neck and forearms.
Without getting on the floor in the middle of the office and doing that,.. I'd guess it would stretch your glutes #1, obliques, and the outside portion of your hammies.
