Games Class:
1. Front Sqt - work up to 3 rep max

2. Open 12.5- 7 min AMRAP ladder (3-6-9-12....) thruster 100#/65 &; C2B Pullups

3. Terminators- 4x12- midline static with a pad under hammies, press the bar above your eyes not towards your waist.

Congrats to all the Apexers that completed the 9 week Lurong Challenge! Day 63 is over! I have heard awesome results from some of the group! It was great to have such an wonderful group of fellow competitors to help keep all of us focused and motivated. Nice job everyone:)
