Reminder that games classes will run on Saturdays at 9:30am-10:30am or 7am-8am and Sunday's 11am-12pm. Check the calendar for times. You must talk with a trainer prior to joining these games classes.

Good Morning Apexers!
Please do not park in front of any garages. Our landlord was over last night with the UPS man and a car was blocking his delivery drop off area. This is has happened several times before last night incident. Please use the other available spots.
On a positive note....I saw a lot of people working mobility and their goals last night! Kudos!
