- 35# on Bar (focused o form but can go heavier)
- LDGU for Rope Climb (add rope climb to the needs work list)
- Felt ok overall, need to pick up the pace on my runs
- Thanks to Eustice and Chris for pointers on the ropes

Can any of you APEX'ers provide guidance on what my Zone Block Range would be? I am 5'8' and 178 currently. I do WOD's 4x a week and probably do 1 additional day of sport (i.e. low intensity skiing, jogging, nike riding)

Any info on block range for WOD vs non-WOD days would be appreciates :)

front squat 3 rep max was my previous 1 rep max!! super stoked about that!

20 min on the min wod I did the Row Handstand pushup odd min/even min

every other round I did handstand PU on 45 pound plates then altered between strict. Fried my shoulders but bit mental gain. Kept the 200 m row around 40 seconds.

Same as Zim...my 3RM front squat was my previous 1RM so I was pretty happy about that one!

Thanks to the cue from Bus to widen my ape hangers on the bar, helped catch that 90.
