My least favorite lift hands down is any kind of jerk, I have yet to get a good hip pop and drop. Nothing frustrates me more than when I have a bad jerk.
Least favorite lift always changes, for awhile it was OHS with lacking the flexibility for it but finally am starting to like it, now its probably sumo deadlift highpulls!
1. Rack Jerk from front (felt real shitty from yesterday) 1RM 265#, 285F
2. Front Squat 10x1, OTM, across 275# Felt Ok
3. AMRAP 15: 200m Run 12 Box Jumps, 24 games standards. 12 C2B Pull ups 7 rounds + 175m (started breaking pull ups in rd 5)
Rest exactly 10 minutes, then complete: 4. For time: 50 HSPU 30 Deads, 185/135 10 Front Squats, 185 - from the ground, no rack. 7:49 (5:40ish off HSPU, 3x10 on dl, straight FS)
