I didn't do the push jerks, because my shoulder has been bothering me. 1 RM Power Clean: 115# PR 1 RM Front Squat: 135# PR
Completed 35 rounds with 60#. First 20 rounds: 4 power cleans, 4 front squats (because of my shoulder). Last 15 rounds: 5 power cleans, 4 front squats.
It was a little light. I think I had another 5-10 rounds in me, but I didn't complain about stopping at 35 minutes.
Didn't do a great job keeping track of my weight during the warmup: Front squat - 83? Push jerk - 90s Power clean - 113 Used 53# for WOD 3 reps through rd 20 and 1 rep to the end. The front squats killed me and I forgot my wrist wraps which was very silly. Looking at my notes I also should've used 60#, forgot I hit a 120# clean a month ago..

Felt good overall, the weight may have been light but I tend to be tentative with Weights off the ground. The 40# helped me focus on keeping form.
