Tried this out at home - 25:43. Hated the sit-ups the most; excited for Mobility and Social time though :)

Tanked by round 2 - felt dizzy and really weak. Not sure if giving blood yesterday had anything to do with it?? Took it easy!!

21:28 scaled on round 1, 3, and 5. Scaled round were 15 box jumps (16" box), 20 sit ups and 30 air squats. Did Rx rep count on rounds 2, 4 but 16" box. Box jumps get me every time.
