Jumping Pullups from 45# plate and 24" Box. Overall I did not find this WOD too punishing. My pullups need work and I need to work @ cycling the box jumps.

Might be time to set some goals...

Rob have you tried a band for pull ups yet? If not maybe try a band with a kip for something different.The more different variations of pull ups you can incorporate the quicker your future to completing legit pull ups.

As far as this wod no need to cycle jumps make it challenging for yourself to hit a specific height where you must mentally think about each jump.

20" Box, was not comfortable stacking plates on top, 24" would have been better.

Snatch warmup felt really good. Thanks Bus for fixing my feet placement, made a world of a difference. Was able to work up to 95lbs.
Took a fall on the box jumps first round..not fun. Used a 30" box with 6 reps. Did 8 C2B, hung onto all 8 every round. Good day in the gym. Great job to Zach with the C2B, way to stay on it!

20" box, started with 8 C2B with blue band, at about minute 10, I changed to as many as I could do with some regular pull ups. Ended with a thud...and a lot of bruises!

Morning: 30" BJ C2B BB (8)
Evening: 30" until rd 7 when I just about cut off my chins with the box - was out for about 5 rounds because I couldn't feel below my knees. Got back in at round 12 with a 24" box - didn't wanna chance it. Used RB tonight with C2B, was able to hold on for all 8.

Well see if I can walk in the am - that was my first official crossfit injury and man did it hurt like hell.

24" box skinny blue band for chest to bar. Was only to get 4 chest to bar & 4 reg. got my tooth fixed! Thinking of getting a mouth guard! Lol

Good wod, nice to have rest between movements
I have some gnarly shin battle wounds from box jumps past. Not fun but well earned. Looking forward to a couple rest days before the comp on Saturday. Let's go Blake, gotta live up to our sweet team name!!

24" box, 4C2B and 4 pull ups with green and blue band. Finally conquered the 24". Loved working on the pull-ups. Definitely need to focus on my grip.

36" box and 6 c2b I liked this workout. I probably could have gone higher on the box jumps. pull ups are a weakness of mine so this was a good one.
