7:26 worked out w 70lbs but should have used more.

Went light on the weight. Day 5 of sugar detox and well, not feeling so great.

35# 7:56. On the fence about the weight - finished under our truncated time cap and held onto the bar almost the whole time, but still ha. I do enjoy straight bar work though!
