Hit my goal of 9 rds...270 reps. Felt more consistent with stepping and held onto all but one round from OH into the DL. Awesome work today Apex Nation...glad I can be a part of a great community!
Way to go you guys!! I'm so disappointed I couldnt come...I really needed to do a re-do....just life got in the way....bring on 13.3....
Was only able to do 181 reps on Friday, today I hit 208! Bummed that I missed round 7 by only 2 reps but still pumped on beating my previous score!

This was the first time for me on this workout. Kind of disappointed.
Ugghh..I must be the only one who did worse today than I did on Friday..Don't know what was up. Don't know if my body was still recovering or if I fell out of my technique early on push press. Hate being a noob.
Congrats to Tony though for getting a solid gig down in Glenside cutting hair. Now I gotta find a new barber...again. lol.
