*What's the worst part of the house to clean? 

Games Class:
1. HSPU- strict, 3 sets for max reps(rest as needed)
2. For time
15 Cleans, 185/135
Muscle ups, 10/7
Row 1000
If "Squat" or "Power" is not designated for a Clean assume it is the choice of the athlete to determine the best approach

3. L-Sits-Reverse Tabata, 8 x:10 on, :20 off.

Oh this looks like a good one! May have to figure out how to make it to the pm class. Have a sick kiddo who will probably be home from school tomorrow :(

5:27 rx without the set of 18 on the way down. Too early for math. Was never so happy to do hang cleans or sit ups in my life even though I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow. Worth it =)

For me behind the fridge or behind the washer/dryer. NASTY.

9:28 Rx.. My sit ups felt like the limiting factor here.. Gotta get faster!
Did the first two Games WODs:
1. 3X Max HSPUs 9, 2 (lost my balance went back up for 4 more), 10
2. 10 mins ish.. Didn't have my phone to time me, so looked at the regular hand clock.. 135#, 7 X 1Pullup and 1 Dip (muscle ups were not happening :( )
3. Actually did the reverse tabata L-sit yesterday! (on roman chair, forearms supported me, I was did not have elbows locked out)

Bathrooms are awful but cleaning out trash cans is pretty foul.
Exhausted for some reason, so sitting this one out.

2. 9:32- 95# didnt stop moving

I'm slow w/ sit-ups but my back didn't hurt at all so I'll gladly take it :)

I would rather clean every single one of y'alls bathrooms than do one square inch of dusting... So tedious and annoying.

12:43RX. Never stopped, but I think I went too slow. Not SO BAD but I will definitely try to go faster on situps next time.

Games class:

1. 6 strict hspu with one ab mat, 1 strict w.o, failed on last attempt
2. 10min ish, 135# and 1 c2b and 1 ring dip for 1 mu
3. Held on for all L sits

Really excited about using 135# for power cleans in this wod. Held on for sets of three. Thanks Jessica for pushing me!!

Games Class:

1. 13 strict HSPU with 2 abmats and got 4 and 5 with 1 abmat
2. 8:29 did 3 rounds of 5 cleans at 155# and 2 MUs then the row
3. Done, but it wasn't pretty... at all
