Oh this looks like a good one! May have to figure out how to make it to the pm class. Have a sick kiddo who will probably be home from school tomorrow :(

5:27 rx without the set of 18 on the way down. Too early for math. Was never so happy to do hang cleans or sit ups in my life even though I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow. Worth it =)

Did the first two Games WODs:
1. 3X Max HSPUs 9, 2 (lost my balance went back up for 4 more), 10
2. 10 mins ish.. Didn't have my phone to time me, so looked at the regular hand clock.. 135#, 7 X 1Pullup and 1 Dip (muscle ups were not happening :( )
3. Actually did the reverse tabata L-sit yesterday! (on roman chair, forearms supported me, I was did not have elbows locked out)

I would rather clean every single one of y'alls bathrooms than do one square inch of dusting... So tedious and annoying.

Really excited about using 135# for power cleans in this wod. Held on for sets of three. Thanks Jessica for pushing me!!

1. 13 strict HSPU with 2 abmats and got 4 and 5 with 1 abmat
2. 8:29 did 3 rounds of 5 cleans at 155# and 2 MUs then the row
3. Done, but it wasn't pretty... at all
