oh my word that guy is fast!

Keith, Thanks for sharing about Sisyphus. My favorite greek figure is Philoctetes...who's hoping for a great sea-change on the far side of revenge:)

Keith, would you No Rep him on the hang snatch in the second video?

Kurt,
I would never NO REP the Tasmanian Devil! He would bit my head off.

He is not trying to Hang Power snatch; he is working the snatch from below his knee. This position is all about explosion. He's concentrating on bar path, popping the hips and being greasy fast under the bar.

However, you are correct in thinking that a hang power snatch must be taking from above the knee.

Started with #45 & dropped to #35 @ 52 reps to finish.
10 drops

Should have started with the #35. #45 felt good in beginning but should have known after 24 hrs of sick stomach that I would be weak & should have gone lighter. Thanks to Jane & Lauren for getting me through the mental aggravation to finish.

I don't know what happened to this one but after 70 reps my lower back was smoked and I mean beyond exhausted to the point that it hurt to tighten up for the lift. Big thanks to Jess for helping me push to the end.
