Shout out to Tanya for doing amazing tonight! The live broadcasting was great- it got me so pumped! I'm excited about the wod, yeah it's burpees and snatches, but Friday Night Lights is going to be AWESOME! Looking forward to it :)

DU frustrating ....I had to do a single ( or two in between). Windy run and hard! Haven't been running outside in what felt like forever. Overall an ok workout but it will get your lungs.
