4/26/13- Fairfax

Reps of 30-20-10 of each movement.                               A day in the Park! 
Wall Ball
Front Squat 45lbs
Body Builders (push up, jump feet apart, jump feet 
together, stand to full extension)
Hang power snatch 95/45
400m run

*Teams of 3,4 or 5. Partners all must complete each movement everyone must complete 30 reps then 20 reps then 10 reps. You may not pass a partner on movements.

Awesome....yet another great pic! Loved those park days. :) As much as I wish you would just delete all these old pictures of me, on the other hand, it's once again a good reminder of where I started, and just how far I've come thanks to crossfit :)

Hopefully that's big encouragement especially to all the newbies we've got at Apex right now! Take a picture of yourself now, and then commit to sticking with crossfit & cleaning up your food choices, and before you know it, you'll be looking back at that picture and barely recognize yourself! Good stuff :)

Was a quad burner going from the FS to the Body Builders and a Lung Burner simply because the WOD was longer than 7 mins :)

Had a to apply my CrossFit skills last night! Driving home from the Flyers game last night, the car ran out of gas. My dad and I had to walk about 2 miles to get gas and then had to push it downhill into a driveway. Crazy how fitness can be applied! Without my CrossFit mindset, I would've been a wimpy girl who sat in the car and panicked! Crossfit is truly funcitonal!!

Good luck to Bus, Erica, Jessica and Blakeley this weekend competing at the Midatlantic Affliate thing. Have fun guys :)

Good luck to our crew going down to compete in the Mid Atlantic affiliate Comp (Bus, Erica, Blake, Jessica)

530pm class tonight stellar work. By the way Pete N ran a 1:58 final 400m and BDD ran a 1:40 final 400m. Sign these guys up for their first 10 miler:)

I think our team time was 26:41. Partnered with Anthony and John.
14# on the wall balls. 45# on the front squats and hang power snatches.

After the WOD: 28 seconds on the parallel L-sit hold. I'm going after Erica's 40 seconds tomorrow morning.

Did 25 C2B and 25 ring dips after the WOD. Still looking for that first muscle up.

Was tough for sure. Just glad I finished. I think I could have heard Josh yelling my name in Hatfield. Was awesome.
