I think it's going to be one or more of the Girls as a longer AMRAP, like a 15min Fran + Diane...

I think 13.5 will be something simple, not overly technical or heavy, but mentally taxing.

Looking forward to huddling around the tv for the last time tonight with me girls to see the announcement!

I predicting some type of long distance running.... maybe the burpee mile!!

Can they do long distance running? That would be tough to measure and judge.

I like what Wags said this morning....front rack hold with jerks on the top of every minute. Or as many minutes as possible of standing on one leg...
Something that requires mentality.

We have not seen squats of any kind yet or thrusters, I think one of the two will be included...

5 min AMRAP- either MAX OHS or F.Squat- 155/115# One attempt, once bar drops below your head(OHS) or shoulders(F.sqt) the AMRAP is over.

I'm gonna say a workout with no time limit. AMRAP and as soon as the bar touches the ground the workout is over.

13.5 Social following whatever the heck we are going to be doing. Bring adult beverages to help re-hydrate! Food would be a good idea, too! Haha! My girls will be there along with friends to help babysit and entertain younger kids so parents can "relax"....Hope everyone can make it!

Fran Narf. That's right, Fran and then Fran again except do Fran backwards 9-15-21. So Thrusters and C2B pullups 21-15-9-9-15-21.

Frustrated. My first DNF tonight. After doing 28 TTB I couldn't do anymore, and took the remainder the of the 7-minute limit trying to squeeze another out that never came.

I did finish the workout, but had to switch to laying down toes-to-rig. And obviously over the time limit.

Sorry to everyone in my class who had to do 3 laps with the bar overhead because of me!

OHS is definitely my weakest move. It sucked. Had to check my ego at the door and drop weight and squat to a ball. Need a lot more work.

4:12 33# and ttp. Didn't totally hate my OHS which likely means they should have been heavier ha.

The format of 13.5 is awesome - def hope we program something like it but without pull-ups! Did mine tonight [my sister in law is ready to pop at any moment :)] for only 15 reps since I don't have pull-ups - advice is to definitely wrap your wrists and don't sacrifice your form/back for speed bc it'll only make it worse ha. I'm really sad that this is the last week of the Open because its been so much more than I thought it would be - already can't wait for next year :)
