Thrusters felt much better today than on Wed. The push-ups were brutal.

17:26 Jumping Pull Ups and PVC for thrusters. We are working on my form and today was a really good break thru for the air squats and thrusters. I agree with Rob...those pushups were killers!

Katy and I did this wod together at Blackhawk. Haven't done thrusters in a while. They still suck.

DNF. Got through 6 rounds + 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 5 air squats

The thrusters slowed me down badly. Didn't drop the bar, but I didn't finish, either.

12:24 with 80# thruster. Had to choose a weight that I wouldn't drop or there were consequences. Thanks Josh for making us better athletes.

Good Read....JW made the majority of our boxes, he also use to make rings on his grill!, along with our portable pullup rig.

Well done 5:30pm. Just finished thrustin cindy in 12:49. Rx'd By the way I held onto all thrusters I def could not drop with what I did to all of you tonight. HOLD THAT BAR!!

Mentally tough but would not drop the bar. Heavier than I normally go with thrusters. Great wod, 5:30-ers

13:40...did this workout at home on Saturday! Pull ups were changed to laying pull ups and since I don't have a bar at home, I used a wall ball of 14# for my thrusters, as best I could!
