Great open gym today. Got a little practice in for the CMC with Jessica, Sharon S and Chris G.

7 Push Press @ 75#
7 KBS @ 44#
7 Burpee Box Jump Overs @ 20"
* 3 min rest, then run 1 mile

Total time: 16:38 - 7:17 for WOD / 6:21 mile

Agreed! CMC is less than a week away and it felt good to get some practice in!

WOD 1 - 7 min AMRAP
10 Burpee Box Jumps & 20 Slamballs 20#
122 reps - 15/25

WOD 2 - C&J Ladder w/Deadlift cash out
200# + 21 DL @ 215# - 15/25

WOD 3 - 7 min AMRAP
30-20-10 OHS 95# & 90-60-30 Single Jump Rope
200 reps - 14/25

Finished 16th out of 25. Biggest accomplishment was being able to hit 50 OHS in WOD 3, not too shabby since I had an OHS of only 45# three months ago when I signed up!

Had fun prepping for CMC!
21:27 total time. 12:37 for WOD and 8:50 for the mile. slowpoke. :-(

I also made up my thrusters from the other night Josh!!
