Tip for WOD: have your bar set and ready to go for the backsquat while doing the snatch. Also don't add the weights in your head for each lift. Just keep throwing weights on until you feel you can't lift anymore then add them up at the end of each five minutes. These steps should help you. The five minutes flew on each lift and I wasn't as prepared. I might have been able to get a little more weight.

super excited to PR on my power snatch! the other 3 are technically PRs as well since I didn't have maxes for those rep schemes; but a year ago my 2rep max dl was 153# so I'll take them haha

Push Press - 255# PR - Felt good think I can get another 15-20 pounds just ran out of time.
Dead Lift - 415# PR, Got 3 at 425#, lost grip on the 4th rep but the weight felt good. Would have had it if it did not slip.
Overall I like this WOD, would have loved it at 8 mins as it was tough to keep transferring the weights causing limited attempts. I got about 3 attempts on each lift.

This WOD exposed all of my weaknesses. Need to work hard on strength!
Well, this is the first time I did these lifts looking for my max, so each of the following would be PRs.
Snatch - 90#. (Toughest lift IMO)
Back squat - 145#
Push press - 115#
Deadlift - 180#
Wish I could have attempted 100# on snatch but didn't have time, totally failed on 110#. Aside from that and maybe deadlift, I think I managed my time okay. Fun day as usual!
I would be interested in a Kipping clinic depending on the time.
