Warm up started losing form at 85#, so I backed off to 75# and concentrated on form.
wod- the jump overs killed me! I finally strung all 25 together by the last one!

I realized tonight that I've actually had a solid week (since last Tuesday) of hitting new PRs every time I've walked into Apex:

-Back Squat 235#

-C&J 205#
-Hit a few pistols tonight compliments of Bus :-)
