Warmup: 130# 3rm, 70# 15 reps. Could have done more reps but wanted to save my shoulders for the gazillion thrusters, OH squats and snatches we had to do for the WOD. WOD: 20mins 45# teamed up with Tony and Frank. Emom 4 burpees seemed like cake until we had to keep doing it them for 20mins.
Warmup: 150# 3rm Jerks 60# @ 26 reps. I keep defaulting to Push Presses when doing Jerks. But I felt like the Jerks were getting better as I did them.
WOD: Teamed with Tony and Jon
20 mins 50# for Thrusters and Snatches. Dropped to 15# bar for the OH Squats. I just can't get comfortable with weight in OH squats. Lack of flexibility in my shoulders and a little lower back tightness is the main reason. It is most definitely my weakness with weight.
Thank you to Jon and Tony for making up some of my reps especially in the OH squats.

Pre-WOD: 90 pull-ups in 6 sets in 10:00.
Warm-up: 115# 3RM push jerk.
70 reps at 45#.
Partner WOD: 20:00 - partnered with Lou. I used 45# for everything.
23 mins + I did rx... partner was tyler, kid killed it!!! Definitely pulled the weight of the teams. hats off to that kid he was a beast!
