Went down in weight to work on my intensity ( which I struggle with) . Needless to say this is a lung burner and #35 felt HEAVY....ha!

Warmup-Did 3 sets of #115 front squats. Felt easy, should have went with 135#.

WOD-8:10 RX. Too many drops on the sets of 15 and kind of dogged the first half of the 800 trying to catch my breath. Love to try this one again soon.

Legs were smoked today! I used 80lbs for 10x3 front squats in the warmup.
WOD:
45lbs and 7:43. Went light and unbroken on the barbell movements to give me more time for the run, since running is a weakness . Thanks Wags for the push to go fast. And thanks to Chris G for the push on the run!!!! :)
