Shanna suggested 70% of our 1RM which for me would have been 120-125# for this WOD.
After witnessing the intensity and push from the 6amers I was inspired to drive back to the box to hit the 9am and so glad I did.
6:25 @ 115# one leg 20" box jumps. Had to really dial in and focus on form, felt horribly awesome.

Oh, and a correction on 6am's warm-up. I had a brain fart and we actually did push jerks and snatch balance instead of jerk balance.

I haven't done back squats in awhile. The max weight I have in my notes is 130#. But that was awhile ago and it would probably be higher now. So I based my WOD weight off of the 130# and did 100#. I probably should have done more. 130# probably would have been a good number for me for this WOD.
I have come to realize my most uncomfortable movement is OHS or squatting in any form with weight overhead. I am very comfortable with the Back Squats. Its just once that weight goes overhead I just feel very limited. Next challenge for me to work I guess. It was a great warmup this morning though.

Fun way to start the day! Chris, great job coaching the 9am! :)
4:25 100#. Besides in warm ups, it was my first time doing back squats in a WOD. I never had a chance to figure out what my 1RM was so kinda went with the weight that felt pretty comfortable. Could've went little heavier but there's always next time. I'm sure I will be doing back squats in a WOD in the future.

Worked out with Menzo before the juniors class. It was awesome to go toe to toe instead of being in the usual group class. Thanks for pushing me Julia!

Push Jerk: 135#.
WOD: 6:36 @ 125# and 24" box.
125# was heavy for me. I had to really fight not to compromimse my back. I also arched forward a bit on my 135# jerk, and my lower back has been a bit sore all day. I really have to stretch it out and be careful tomorrow.
My max back squat is 175#. In the past few months, my max bench press is about 185#. Is anyone else incapable of squatting more than they can bench?
