OHS are such an uncomfortable movement for me. I broke the DL and OHS into sets of 5 and pushed on them. Once I got into the second set of 5 OHS, they actually we feeling pretty good. The best they have felt so far. And it felt like my depth was good on them as well. Progress!
After today's warm up, a clean and jerk seminar would probably help. I don't think I'm "jumping" it up enough on the jerk.
Warm up: 130# 3rm. Didn't get to the 40% Max reps part, poor clock management.
Wod: 9:53. 40#db, 205# dl, 55# OHS, jbmu. Struggled more with the first half than the second half. Bright side of finishing after others is that you end up with a group of people cheering for you/pushing you!

I'm interested in the clean and jerk seminar and I'm sure Chris is as well. 11 would work best for us if possible.
