I got my first Double unders today!! I got two single while practicing before the workout. Some tips from Mooney really helped. Now to keep working at them. Tired of doing singles.

Loved the warmup today!! Really fun and definitely got the blood flowing!

WOD:
41/26/21/26 - 95# and reg pull ups. The pull ups were tough after the first round. This was a serious ass kicking! Nice making sweat angles in the winter time!!

36/35/35/38 55#, jpu. This was a pile of goats for me but I held on better than my negative anticipations; esp for the burpees.

Also finished my pull-up program tonight since ill be away tomorrow. Very glad I stuck with it despite the sore shoulders ha. my biggest improvement was the wide grip pull-up - the first week I couldn't do any even with my green band and yesterday I did 2.5 on it :)
