Worked up to 255# on the 3 rep Snatch grip DL. Failed miserably at my snatch attempt at 135#.
WOD: DNF at 19 mins I got through 2 rounds plus 1 200M run and 15 Clean and Jerks 75# 45#.
Worked up to 160# on snatch grip DL, but I lost my last rep... boo. 150#
Got 80# on the snatch.
