Rd.1 4:54 65#. Rd.2 6:09 65#. Rd.3 4:10 165# 14#mb. The second couplet was just awful. Hang power snatch straight into clapping push ups were very tough. Last round, couldn't string together more than 2 clapping push ups. Overall I like this WOD except the second couplet. Felt good to work off the Christmas dinner that was still sitting in my belly this morning.

Did the DL/WB as my second set and the last 5 reps on DL killed my back. I couldn't stabilize on the OHS so I stripped the bar.
