Then did 10 min EMOM of alternating 10 BS and 5 FS @ 135.
Thanks to Clayton for challenging me to try this AMRAP. I was really scared but it ended up being a really good test for me. Surprised a made it through the 135# snatches.

Lou, that was 13.1 - except that in 13.1, we just did regular burpees.
135# snatches are no joke. Nice work.
Awesome work Lou! That's one hell of a score. Way to dig deep at the end and finish those burpees.

Did Friday's wod today... Was limited in my DB weight. Was going to use 25#, but didn't have them. Went with 20# for all moves.

Worked on squat as well - worked up to a set of 5 at 95#, then tried a PR weight of 135#, and was super happy to get it. :)
