WOD: 15:14 115#. After Chelsea, I was sore head to toe. Hands were tore up from all the pull ups and it became a struggle just to hold the bar during warm up. Took forever to get loose and get my body going today.

16:03 95# entire WOD was a struggle after last night's beating. LOVED working out with the 6am rooster comrads.

Anyone else still beaten up from Clovis? I was able to WOD on Saturday but feet are still pretty sore. Especially the outside of both feet, was hobbling quite a bit the last few days.

Hoping to get back to Apex on Wed. Anyone have any suggestions besides lacrosse ball rolling my feet and calves?

Salon Pas! Hate the smell but awesome for soreness.

I like the look of that chick in the pink shirt. When does she WOD, I'd share a Barbell with her any day!

WOD: 9:57 at 95#
Stayed light to work on C&J technique.

Worked my way up after the WOD: 5 reps at 115# and 3 reps at 135# trying to maintain perfect C&J form.

14:20 75# and I think I pulled a calf muscle from Clovis, so I rowed 250m for the 200m runs(wore a vest to sub for the sandbag...actually LOVED it too!!) and rowed 500m for the 400m run

Tried pull-up challenge and went right back to where I was before--stuck. Annoyed, too. They were so easy on Sunday, what happened??
I did W2D3 on the minute for 6 minutes
0,1,0,0,1,0

If I didn't have to breathe when I run, this would have been a perfect WOD to come back to after being sick with Strep throat for 5 days...

50#
Runs: 400/600 no sandbags

I was actually happy with my 400 m run. I came in the door at 2:01. The cold kept me moving...I just wanted to get back to the warmth of the box. :)

Really liked how this WOD was broken up, but may have gone a little too fast on the 4x200 warmup. Definitely still sore from yesterday's WOD but overall felt pretty good!

made up w3d1 of the pullups and also did day 2 all with the green band - 4/3/3/3/3 with 5/6/6 for pushups and 2/2/2 2/2/2 and 5/6/6 (using purple band doing max) and 5/5/6 for pushups. since I'm hitting a lot of the same numbers so far this week from last week I should probably think about playing around with smaller bands.

Lol, just realized that my time was actually 14:24, not 15:24! Shelby and I started 30 sec late as the 2nd heat, but when I finished I ADDED 30 sec to my clock time instead of subtracting!
