Slowly getting back into a good rhythm during my WODs. Had a lot of trouble opening my hips on my cleans and my lungs couldn't handle unbroken box jumps, which are usually my specialty.
I know that my lungs will come back but I need to put some serious time in on the lifting platforms over Xmas break!
Got through 9 rounds + 3 in the 18 min time cap that was set with 70#. This was a burner. Gotta focus on staying tight. I get too loose and lose form. Cleans are getting better though.
Did W1D4 of the pull up challenge. Got through round of 3 and did 3 as my max set.

Thanks for the push Bus in making me stay at 65! I would have wimped out and dropped the weight.
Calves are so tight from box jumps but I kind of liked this one!
