Wanted to try out this WOD but felt sick all day. What's the scaling for the handstand walk?
4:12 185# HS hold
7:19 155# Very Lame HS holds
4:55, 80#, HS Holds....obviously went to light on the DL
5:26 275# pike holds
4:51 100#/ Handstand holds
Did a scaled Diane at home. 21-15-9 deadlift with 225 lbs. and 15-10-5 HSPU. 13:33 as I struggled with the HSPU. It's coming around though. I feel it.
