Today was a good day!Last week in ABC was doing 50# squat snatch. This week I went 65# on the first round and 70# on the second.My back squat pause went from 80# last week to 90# this week. 10 reps of 90# jerk.Ring MU!! Definitely seeing improvements already from the work in ABC.
Ran 5K on treadmill!
