I really wanted to go sub 5 minutes but I'm not sure if that's possible. When we did this over the summer I was 2 seconds faster so I think it's time I start upping my med ball to 20# from now on...

WU got up to 205# for 10 RM DL
WOD 13:25ish
Got done 5 rounds 60 SUs and 7 wbs at the cap.
60 singles 14# ball. Screwed up the fist set of jump ropes at rep 56! Had to start 2 more times, that screwed me for the rest of the WOD.

I dropped at 4 WB, then it took a weird bounce and I dropped again at 4.... Ended up doing 23!
