FREE YOGA for the weekly AM crew and the PM crew. May 13th @ 10:30am and 7pm

Teams of three complete the following:

As Many Reps As Possible in 15 minutes:
Run 200 meters
AMRAP Wall Ball (20/14)
Rest

The runner acts as the rabbit, rotate stations when they return

Parking lot WOD: partnered with Courtney and Todd. Didn't have med balls so we did air squats. Total of 672 air squats for our team. There was 9 of us so it worked out perfectly. Not sure what happened today but starting to enjoy these parking lot WODS. Good job today roosters!

Holy crap Jon, Courtney, and Todd!! You guys were cranking out the air squats.

Partnered with Dan and Ally. We cranked out 466 air squats on our team! Nice work Dan and Ally!! It was a beautiful morning to be outside.

Partnered with Julie and Brent for the Parking Lot WOD 475 Air Squats.

If we have to do this again we are doing pushing/pulling cars for time! Be ready for it!

My first Parking Lot WOD and loved it...Because it was great company and no 20# wallballs!!! All you Rooster have been great welcoming me to your Rooster Pen (Box!). I really appreciate and look forward to all future kick ass WOD's with you all.

10:00 squat hold tonight - unbroken. 2:00 PR.

Then, 250 push-ups doing sets EMOM for 15 minutes. 20 push-ups EMOM for the first five minutes. 15 EMOM for the last 10 minutes. Getting ready for Murph!

Partnered with Adrienne and Mel and we got 234 reps. Loved the irony of the pouring rain starting exactly at the 3-2-1-Go and stopping exactly when we hit 15 min :) But it was so hot it actually felt great to run it!
