Shout out to Amber and Sameer. Today we did one rep max height box jump(more mental than anything)and you both killed it. CrossFit is about pushing the limit, getting out of that comfort zone, and shocking yourself with what you can do, and that is what you did today. Amber pushed herself and definitely got out of her comfort zone hitting a 37in box jump!(Varsity record I believe) Sameer also pushed himself to the limit hitting 45in and barley missed 47. Just felt you two deserved credit for being a true CrossFit athlete today! Great job today! It was a lot of fun working with you both! Keep it up
