5/29/14- Reps UP

Sign up for swimming Wods this Summer. Starting June 4 on Sundays from 11-12. There will have to be a minimum number of swimmers in order to run classes. You may choose the dates that will fit your schedule for the summer. http://www.crossfitapex.com/swimming

Felt smoked in the 1st round. Was still feeling Murph I guess, but that actually ended up being my worst round. Went up every round, and strung together 4-5 DUs several times.

My DUs got exponentially worse each round but I did improve by at least 3 each time with the squats and sit ups

Getting much better at DUs, but once I get tired they go downhill...fast.
