I love doing my Thursday 6pm and Friday 6am back to backs. I think it helps with my endurance. But this was a tough one to do in a back to back situation. That last row was miserable!! I should have also scaled my dips to either box dips or floor matadors. Oh and fair warning....that first box jump after the first row is a challenge....I got the bruise on my shin to prove it.

This WOD had a lethal combo of DL/WB/BJ so I elected to go pretty light.
Ditto with what Frank said, that first box jump off the row is a doozy, make sure you stick it!

We went until we were finished. We were the capsetters for the day.
9am er's were capped at 21 min and therefore told to "choose wisely" with regards to reps and #'s
