75# set of 9 was hardest for me, grip was gone after the 12s

Warm up DLs- 10 rep max 135#, 3 rep max 185# which I did twice. 185 was my 1 rep max- guess I need a new one now!

WOD: 105# - Failed after 9.
95# - Failed after 13.
75# - 15 reps. My grip was completely gone.
65# - 12 reps.
65# - 9 reps.

Post-WOD: Back Squats.
95# - 15 reps
145# - 5 reps
155# - 3 reps
165# - 1 rep
175# - 1 rep
185# - Fail.
180# - 1 rep. PR!
