Attention Purification Folks

to find Max Hang Squat Snatch
* you may have as many attempts as you would like in the 6 min

Rest 5 minutes

3 minutes
to find max HS walk
* you may have as many attempts as you'd like
Scale: Longest HS hold on the wall for time. (may use wall climb position or reg HS kick up on wall)


Cash out:
100 situps for time. Feet anchored.
For those of you working on your squat holds you may use this time to work the bottom of your squat

90# very poor clock management. 0:52 hold. Started seeing stars. Knocked out 6mins of squat hold for cash out.

95# hang squat snatch. My maximum squat snatch is 95#. My max snatch is 105#. I don't think I've ever maxed out on a hang squat snatch before, so I guess this is a PR.

1:06 on the handstand hold, which I think is a PR.

4:00 squat hold.
Rest.
3:00 squat hold.

Quite a bit of giggling going on with the roosters this morning. I enjoyed the Hwang / Cummons argument about the proper arm position for a squat hold, as well as Hwang's claim to be able to hold a squat hold for 2 days if he had an epidural. My wife only did an epidural on the first of our three BTW!

90# and 1min hold - both are PRs. really liked the pairing of a max technical lift and some skill work; good job Castro, this will be awesome to watch for Regionals :)

90#, 23 seconds. I don't think I've held a hand stand for longer than 5 seconds before, so I'm pleased.
