Max Pull ups
Each team will have a member at each station. The Farmer carry will take place moving back and forth from BJO and pull up rig. As teammates switch off from farmer carry to box or pull up they will trade places and continue to count up on reps. Goal is to accumulate Max number of BJO's and Pull ups as a team.

140# pu's 18? Burpee box jump overs 218. Partnered with Sam and Brent. It was my first time doing the farmer carry and it was way too heavy for me. I was out voted to stay at 120# which probably would have been more manageable. My grip was smoked half way through the WOD and was down to doing singles on the pu's which probably was a reason for our low score. Farmer carry wasn't scored so if we went a little lighter I think we would have gotten more reps. Last WOD for the week for me. Time to rest up for steelfit on Saturday.
Missed the roosters this morning, but did 45 minutes of yoga. I really needed that after all the squats we've done the past week or so. Feeling much more limber now.
