We warmed up with a swimming ladder of laps/bobs, talked about the importance of streamlines, worked on our freestyle technique and did some "kick-and-go" sprints before starting the Wod, which I am calling...
"Three-lay" Teams of 3 complete AMLAP in 15 minutes. *one swimmer at a time may complete only one lap at a time *two "non-swimming" teammates must be holding push-out position on opposite ends of the pool until it is their turn to swim.
