WOD: 15:10 @ 255#... Just over the cap :( I felt paced myself pretty well between the first 800m and the 30 DL... The run after those DL... OMG! Let's just say Zombie Dance is an appropriate WOD name...
WU: FS - 155# 6X3 straight across- 10# more than last time!
WOD: 14:20, 235#DL first 5 (woke and realized it was a 'tad' too much!), went down to 225# for the remaining #225.

Great weather this morning for running!!! Second 800 was spicy, but it felt good:)

I couldn't make it in today, so I did this at home.
WOD: 11:44 255#. Had no intentions of doing this one but watching the games team event of the DL ladder after the comp class got me all fired up!
WU: 6x3 105# (20# jump from 1st week - trying to get more comfortable with this move and keep form solid)

And to think I almost only did 150# but Bus was kind enough to be incredulous at that idea and then super-friend my calves into submission after :)

I first official workout in 7 days so I took it easy. Could have gone heavier on the deadlift but I tired to focus more on my running.
