On vacation, but still WODing.

WOD #1:
Snatch complex (snatch, OHS, snatch balance). Build up to a 1 RM. 95#.
Clean and Jerk complex (clean, front squat, jerk). Build up to a 1 RM. 145#.
Deadlift. Build up to a 1 RM. 255# (10# PR).

WOD #2: Beach WOD. In Rockport, MA. There was a raft about 200 meters or so off shore.

2 RFT:
On beach - 25 push-ups, 25 squats.
Swim to the raft.
On raft - 25 push-ups, 25 squats.
Swim back to shore.

22:30.
